A collateralized mortgage obligation (CMO) is a type of debt security that uses mortgage-backed securities as collateral. Promissory notes are issued to investors with a 9% fixed rate with maturities for 2 or 3 years. Furthermore, notes are secured by 100% of the fund’s assets. Minimum investment amounts to $100,000. Investors must be accredited. The investors may elect to receive monthly interest payments or payments may be compounded to increase the yield of the investment. Investors receive 1099’s at the end of the year for interest paid to them. May originate first and second Trust Deeds. This fund cannot be leveraged.

Partners Type of Fund: Equity
Investors must be accredited, they are limited partners and receive ownership certificates. Furthermore, investors receive a 8.5% fixed return and monthly distributions. The Tiered Risk Protection investment is currently over $2 million in first loss position. $25,000 minimum investment amount and minimum commitment is 3 years. Investors may elect to compound monthly distribution but they receive a K-1 at the end of the year for income allocated to them. May originate first Trust Deeds only. This fund may be leveraged.
